Our Ethics and Compliance policy is based on a change in culture, applied at all levels of the company. Its aim is to protect Groupe ADP and its reputation.
We have set up an Ethics Committee whose members include qualified external individuals such as a philosopher and a former Director of Ethics for a large company.
Key measurement tools and controls allow us to strengthen and continuously improve our Ethics and Compliance program.
The whistleblowing system enables all Group employees and those of its subcontractors to report ethical & compliance breaches. It guarantees protection for whistleblowers and is governed by a handling charter.

Far from being a mere concept, our Purpose: "Welcoming passengers, operating and designing airports responsibly and around the world" is integrated into our strategic axis and helps to determine the "why" of our company. This Purpose is a course that we maintain, guided by our two Values: Hospitality and Responsibility. It emerged from a process of reflection undertaken in 2019-2020 with more than 70 Groupe ADP employees in France and internationally.
